Finance Systems Analyst

SystemsAccountants are working with a pharmaceuticals company based in Essex, looking for a Finance Systems Analyst to join the team. The role will report directly to the Finance Systems Manager and will be responsible for supporting the implementation, integrity, and maintenance of financial systems. The Finance Systems Analyst will also be responsible for finance automation and efficiency projects, working closely with other departments to ensure data consistency throughout the business.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Have ownership of administration, requests for change, profile management, and provide the first line of support for finance applications including Sage X3, Prophix, Concur, Sales Force
• Create relationships and communication channels with internal users and third-party service providers
• Provide governance over systems, working with SME's to ensure consistency in data
• Establishing on boarding processes to ensure people are adequately trained
• Be pro-active in identifying system improvements
• Be involved/lead internal projects working with other departments to enhance current systems with developments, post-acquisition integrations, automations, and efficiencies

Key Requirements

• Administrator with a variety of different finance applications
• ERP Systems experience
• Strong Project experience
• Communications, third party, inter-company, inter-department
• Advanced Excel & Power BI
