Marketing Research Specialist

We're looking to recruit a Marketing Research Specialist to join our team in Ruddington, Nottingham. Reporting to our Senior Marketing Manager you will be supporting and maintaining primary research for research function within Vision Express.

As part of the Research team your role will pay specific focus on interpreting and analysing real time customer feedback across various platforms and locations across Vision Express. As well as, providing recommendations based on this information to resolve any pain points within the customer journey.

You will also be tasked with the day to day maintenance of our NPS system, analysis of brand and trend tracking, ensuring that data is represented effectively by Qualitative or Quantitative methods and liaising with external research agencies.

To be considered for this role you will have previous experience in a research role ideally within the Retail sector. As well as a keen eye for detail, an analytical mindset and some previous experience working with a Qualtrics related platform would be highly desirable.

You will have the ability to manage your workload effectively, excellent communication skills, a collaborative approach and a positive attitude which puts the customer at the heart of what you do.
