Deputy Nurse Manager (Nursing home)
GBP37,000 Pa
Bangor.

We are looking for an assertive, supportive nurse with high emotional intelligence capable of leading a team by example. You are likely to have had experience of a similar role already demonstrating a proven track record of success in supporting a good manager.

Key role and responsibilities for Deputy Nurse Manager;
• Responsible for our dementia or general nursing environment of about 30-40 residents.

• You will be a proactive person, happy to take the lead, and keen to progress.
• Managing the nursing and healthcare staff.
• Working hand in glove with manager.

Minimum requirements for Deputy Nurse Manager;
• Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD).
• Proven track record of success in supporting a good manager.
• A keen eye for maintaining standards.
• Good grasp on required audits.
• Familiar with CIW standards and guidelines.

An award-winning Nursing Home in Bangor, Privately owned and registered for up to 75 Service users (mainly dementia and general nursing)
