Working within the Head Office of a well-known Retail client we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to be based in Bristol City Centre to work on a 12 month FTC.
Reporting into the Marketing Manager this is an extremely exciting and varied role supporting with the overall delivery of all Marketing Plans and activities both on and off line.
You will be exposed to a full range of the marketing mix - communication, marketing, PR, CRM, Social Media and Website management, promotions and events, whilst consistently enhancing the brand and overall profitability.
The ideal candidate will have previously worked within a consumer/retail marketing environment and able to demonstrate capabilities within the above mentioned key marketing disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Marketing Manager in the implementation of marketing plans
* Detailed management of all on-site marketing-led events and promotions
* Content manage the website and other digital platforms as and when required
* Support the Marketing Manager with day to day digital platform management - emarketing, CRM, Website Management, Promotions & Events
* Driving, compiling, managing and uploading relevant content onto the website, social media channels, customer emailers and driving content for the company intranet
* Deliver regular e-newsletter communications in accordance with the marketing strategy
* Liaise with creative agencies with regards to all collateral material design and print
* Oversee standards and design/print of POS e.g. temporary signage and posters
* Efficiently and professionally action general marketing enquiries and information requests
* Contribute to the drafting of monthly / quarterly Marketing Reports and regular Post Campaign Analysis's upon completion of events and promotions to share with the management team and marketing teams
* Manage location photography and filming applications and the photographic library
* Support the Regional Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager with marketing team administration including budget management and accurate invoicing/reconciliation
* Assist in the delivery of onsite events
Key Skills and Experiences -
* An experienced Marketing Generalist that has ideally covered a range of both on and off line marketing disciplines - communication, PR, CRM/Email marketing, Social Media/Website management, Content, POS, Promotions and Events.
* Ideally proven experience in consumer marketing/retail environment
* Approachable nature
* Able to use own initiative
* Excellent communicator
* Self-motivated
* Organised and meticulous to detail
* Able to work to tight deadlines
