Due to significant growth, our client is seeking an IT Systems Engineer to join their team. You will be technically strong with expertise in the Microsoft stack. You will have proven experience of installing, configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft based environments, providing 3rd line infrastructure support to their user base.
You will need:
- 3+ years' experience in a similar role
- Strong end to end project experience - Infrastructure
- Strong experience with Windows, Active Directory, Exchange, O365 and Networking
- Experience of Virtualisation tools such as VMWare or Hyper-V
- Server patching and imaging B
- AU activates - Providing desktop and server support
- Systems backup and recovery
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure
- Previous experience working towards SLA's in a fast paced environment
- Strong focus on customer service
- A good attitude with a strong desire to learn
