Advancing People Multilingual - Recruitment Specialists are working with a leading manufacturer based in Exeter, who is recruiting for a German & Dutch speaking Export Client Service Advisor.
As a German & Dutch Speaking Export Client Service Advisor it will be your responsibility to deal with customer queries resulting from orders across the German & Dutch speaking market.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Deliver high quality customer service in a professional manner
Assist with new customer's enquiries
Process orders received via the telephone, fax, e-mail or internet
Respond to and solve customer queries
Process customer credits
Support and liaise with Sales Representatives
Liaise with warehouse/carriers to distributionPerson Specification:
Fluent in German & Dutch
Strong customer focus and professional approach
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Accurate keyboard/computer skills
Positive "can do" attitudeThis is a full time permanent position offering an annual salary of to GBP19,500 - GBP22,000 + attractive company benefits.
