Our client is hiring its next generation of IT Recruitment Professionals and are seeking talented, ambitious graduates to join their team as IT Resource Consultants and start their journey in the recruitment industry. These positions are permanent, full-time roles with a year 1-2 average earning benchmark of GBP25k-GBP30k per annum.
You will form part of the latest intake of their hugely successful Academy which, over the last decade, has produced some of the most respected and successful IT Recruitment Professionals anywhere in the UK.
Duties and responsibilities
As an Academy member, your primary focus is to use the tools available to you (internal / external systems) to locate the candidates with the correct skills and capabilities for their Clients as quickly as possible, which may be in the area of Cyber Security, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Major Programme Delivery or Technical Consultancy.
You will be mentored and coached by some world class Recruitment Professionals, but also given the freedom to grow and implement your new skillsets. You will conduct candidate profiling and interviewing, engage in contractual and financial negotiations and be expected to manage the end to end recruitment lifecycle with high levels of professionalism and integrity, aligned to the Company Values and Behaviours.

* Hold a Bachelors degree or due to graduate summer of 2021
* Good communication skills, both oral and written
* Excellent listening skills
* Ability to articulate to a high standard, and be persuasive in pursuit of an objective
* Ability to cope with pressure and work to tight deadlines
