Knowledge:

• Excellent working knowledge of O365 & AD
• Excellent knowledge of server OS
• Good knowledge Azure & VMs
• Good knowledge Cisco networking
• Knowledge of VDI
• Awareness or experience of Google console
• Awareness or experience of Hyperconverged environments

Experience:
• Min 5 years hands on experience
• Problem solving capabilities

Prepared:
• Engage with Infrastructure Manager, IT Services Manager, Technology Services Manager
• Administrating Corporate Infrastructure
• Planning & recommending enhancements to ensure IT meets current & future requirements in a cost-effective manner
• Collate daily, weekly & adhoc actionable infrastructure & security reports determining a prioritised work schedule to mitigate
• Be the in-day SOC oversight, event Log & other in-day system performance tools
• Prepared to travel including occasional overnights
