Guidant Global is seeking a confident, collaborative and inclusive individual to fill a temporary contract Recruitment Support role as a Recruitment Coordinator in Rocester ST14. This Recruitment support job has a great hourly rate of GBP10 - GBP10.25.
What the Recruitment role involves:
You will ensure the smooth running of Recruitment operations on-site to assist the operational team in enhancing the customer (Client, Candidate, Worker, & Supplier) experience whilst ensuring service excellence. You will also be responsible for:
Recruitment support to the account and account managers
Entering worker details into our systems to ensure accuracy of detail and compliance
On-boarding new workers, team members and adhering to compliance and health and safety
Assisting with screening and assessment centres as required We're looking for a Recruitment Assistant with a proactive and professional demeanour who can build relationships by naturally building rapport with our customers (team, candidates, workers, and clients). You will need to be highly organised, reliable, have a good level of MS Office experience, and have previously worked in an administration and or customer service role. Any Recruitment full-time jobs experience would be desirable and advantageous.
