Opus Vitae are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious & renowned business who specialize within the Digital Marketing industry. The business are looking or a Paid Media Manager to join their award-winning team & be part of the fantastic Digital Marketing department.
The role itself will look to hone in on your analytical, creative skills & flair. We are looking got an individual who holds previous experience in paid search & social, but also someone who thinks like a marketer, who fully understands what the bigger picture is, helping adapt clients strategic priorities into tactical campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Shape our Paid Media department's services and ensure we deliver what clients need from us
* End to end campaign management on Paid Social and Paid Media from strategy, full build, ad copy reviews to reporting and analysis
* Maximize the performance of your campaigns in line with key performance indicators for our clients
* Using data and interrogating the numbers to understand what's working and what's not
* Share new developments in PPC with the wider business
* Establish a strong relationship with the client services team, keeping them up to date with the performance of your campaigns, any issues you've encountered and any opportunities you've found.
* Work with the creative and development departments, incorporating their ideas to bring your campaigns to life
* Immerse yourself in the marketing and digital industry, keep up to date with relevant trends and keep on the lookout for new techniques
What Success Looks Like:
* Your campaigns are optimized, consistently hitting or exceeding our clients' targets
* You're testing and exploring new formats to find exciting ways to improve campaign performance
* Good results and untapped opportunities are recognized and communicated to the wider team
* Bad results and ropey campaign performance is communicated and we solve problems together - relationships with team members are built on trust
* Personal development is made a priority, on an individual basis and as a member of the team, through working smarter rather than harder and learning new skills
Suitable Candidate;
* 3+ years' experience (minimum) running PPC campaigns through Google/Bing/Facebook Ads
* Capable of campaign strategy and planning complete with forecast return on investment
* Solid understanding of search, social & display platforms
* Appreciates the importance of KPIs and working to objectives
* Is comfortable with being held accountable for their work
* Confident with taking the lead in client meetings and able to communicate the impact of their work in addition to being happy with direct client access via Slack & email
* Able to divine wonderful insights from Google Analytics & spreadsheets
Nice to haves
* Experience with/understanding of additional channels such as Amazon Marketplace and Affiliates
* Understanding of marketing strategy (4Ps, STP, brand building)
