Electrician

There is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving and established workforce at the City of Lincoln Council within the Housing Repairs Team. The Housing Repairs Team are responsible for repairing and maintaining 7,800 properties throughout Lincoln, helping to ensure that Lincoln is an excellent place to live and work.

This position is Fixed Term until 31/12/2022. As an Electrician working within the Major Work and Empty Property teams, you will be working closely with the customers to ensure that customer satisfaction remains high. Work includes all types of electrical work, this is predominately in a domestic environment but will contain some 3 phase/industrial work where required. You will also be responsible for a business vehicle and a power tool kit that is provided.

The ideal candidate will have: 

• Relevant Electrical qualifications or experience
• A CSCS card
• Inspection and testing qualification
• Full driving license
• Initiative to achieve a first time fix
