Logistics Manager

Applications are sought for the permanent position of Local Logistics Manager based in our Kingsbury Depot. While the role is based at Kingsbury; you will be expected to travel to other locations when necessary.

The main duties will consist of;

• Management of regionalised resource including drivers and vehicles to ensure service is delivered in line with customer requirements and contractual obligations.
• To ensure that the regionalised operations are managed in line with appropriate and required legislation or Greenergy Flexigrid standards and KPI's.
• To ensure that the regionalised operations are optimized to maximize efficiency and profits.

Essential Requirements:

• International Managers Haulage CPC or working towards (Must be accredited within 6 months of appointment)
• At least 2 years proven experience in the transport industry as a supervisor or manager
• Excellent IT skills
• Microsoft Excel to intermediate standard
• Possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Desirable:

• Proven Experience of the road fuels transport industry
• Previous experience in tracking and on board vehicle telematics
