GTC are part of a family of companies owned by BUUK Infrastructure group and we are currently recruiting for a permanent Engineering Support Administrator based at our Head Office location in Woolpit.

The role is interchangeable within sections of the Engineering department at management discretion. The work will be of a clerical or low technical administrative content nature based in an office environment, so will be ideally suited for someone with previous administration experience who has knowledge working with data accurately, along with using computer systems including Microsoft Office/Excel. Training on our company and processes will be provided.

Key responsibilities:

* Monitoring and processing emergency notification for damaged or leaking services

* Liaising with Gas Distribution Network (GDNs) & contractors regarding emergency & non-emergency services, ensuring they attend within a timely manner to comply with standards.

* Assist scheduling in the planned works to our GTC engineers.

* Responsible for checking emergency invoices, allocating costs, assigning the incident as a recharge or non-rechargeable cost and collating a recharge pack.

* Raising quotes and ordering materials

* Updating contractor spreadsheets, damage & leaks spreadsheet and the Incidents spreadsheet

* Ensure all invoices e.g., Gas Distribution Network (GDNs) and Sub Contractors are dealt with in timely manner

* Ensure customer complaints are actioned and resolved in timely manner.

* Provide monthly reporting if required

* Create and maintain KPI reports.

* To assist the business in ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively in their day to day duties.

* Any other duties required to assist the team as required by managers/supervisor
