Due to continued growth we have a full time vacancy for a Customer Support Advisor to join our growing team in Hilton, South Derbyshire.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful Customer Support Advisor applicant must possess an outgoing and friendly telephone manner and have a confident approach to dealing with customers. Excellent numeracy, communication and PC skills are a must for this role, as is the ability to learn quickly and work under your own initiative. Applicants should also be well organised and possess a keen eye for detail along with keen analytical skills.

The role of Customer Support Advisor involves training, supporting and advising customers via telephone and other remote support systems on how to use their software solutions. In addition, the successful applicant will be required to carry out other administrative duties, including setting up and training new customers, billing on behalf of customers, helping with projects, data analysis, compiling management reports, testing of new features and other general administrative duties as required.
Full training to help you succeed in the role will be provided, however applicants must possess a solid educational background, excellent numeracy skills, a logical approach to problem solving, along with excellent organisational, analytical and multitasking skills.
Essential requirements for this role:
* Friendly, confident telephone manner
* Excellent communication skills (written & oral)
* Strong numeracy and analytical skills
* Excellent all round PC skills, including MS Excel, Word, Access, Outlook
* Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines
* Proactive approach
* Excellent organisational skills
* Telecoms, administrative, customer service or IT support experience an advantage but this role would also suit A-Level or degree level graduate who is keen to start their career
