The Just Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Service Desk Controller for their client based in Braintree, Essex.
The Service desk is an incredibly important role within the company as you will be the primary point of contact for the customers and will be responsible for scheduling the engineers' diaries. This is a fast paced role therefore you must be able to work well under pressure and display ownership for tasks from start to finish.

Duties include;
- Answering and screening calls from both customers and engineers
- Logging faults and despatching engineers
- Processing orders and organising/processing the necessary parts
- Providing quotes to customers
- Completion of processes to close and invoice jobs
Hours Mon-Friday 8.30am - 5pm
