JOB DESRIPTION
Job Title - Firmwide Administrative Assistant
Location - Cambridge
Business Unit - Administration
Line Manager - Office Manager
Liaising with - All members of their Local Office
Major objectives of the role
Team Administrator will be responsible for supporting fee earners, Executive Assistant and Personal Assistants within your Office.
Major Tasks
You will be:
* Responsible for ensuring all post is dealt with incoming and outgoing, scanning, saving, and distributing as required.
* Responsible for tracking the incoming and outgoing special deliveries including postal recharge sheet.
* Responsible for the printing and binding of documents including to the plotter.
* Expected to cover and support the receptionist.
* Expected to set up meeting rooms and set out catering requirements co-ordinated with the receptionist.
* Responsible to clear the meeting rooms after events.
* Responsible for the stationary and catering supplies, including topping up the canteen/kitchen supplies.
Cambridge office only
* Responsible for the car park and entrance to the building making sure it is kept tidy and safe.
* Make sure the pool car is checked weekly to make sure the car is topped up with petrol, mileage recorded and serviced regularly.

* Demonstrate sound knowledge of IT skills in Microsoft office, outlook, word and excel and Skype, Zoom and Teams.

* You will have experience of working in a client facing environment.
* You will demonstrate excellent attention to detail with a solution focused outcome.
