We are working exclusively with a fast growing energy supplier who are looking for a Admin Support Co-ordinator.
We are looking for a highly organised individual to support the on-boarding process of new engineers and day-to-day running of a field operations department.
You will be helping ensure all engineers have the appropriate level of training, qualifications and people skills to enable them to deliver the outrageous level of customer experience expected. You will be organised, cool-headed and interested in learning about the inner workings of a field force business. This is a broad and diverse role which will present plenty of interesting challenges for the right person.
We are looking for somebody with awesome people skills and a keen eye for detail. The role will be broad and varied and will develop, with the following key responsibilities:
* On-boarding of new engineers including co-ordination of company inductions
* Scheduling training and upskilling for our engineers
* Assisting with HR-related tasks (recruitment, absence management)
* Assisting with Fleet management (scheduling of servicing & repairs)
* Co-ordinating and assisting in the review and roll out of company policies e.g. H&S
* Provide administration support to the field operations team and engineers
