Facilities Administrator

Calling all highly organised administrators???
As we continue to open new healthcare sites across the UK, we have a new career opportunity to join our Facilities and Premises team based at our head office in Fulwood, Preston.
If you didn't know, we are CHEC, Community Health and Eyecare. A leading independent healthcare organisation exclusively delivering NHS care across the UK. Our vision is simple. Eyecare delivered in the community offers patients greater choice, flexibility and much reduced waiting times.
Day to day, you will be a point of contact for our new sites in relation to planning, infrastructure, stock, equipment and many different aspects of our new projects.
You are someone who is super organised, enjoys being busy with a varied 'to do list'. You might be ordering new stock and sundries for everyday use whilst considering the procurement of highly valuable equipment for future projects.
You are also someone who is very comfortable communicating with all the different types of people involved in a new site project including our Director level colleagues internally and construction and logistics suppliers externally.
Your experience of multiple IT systems and Microsoft tools, in particular, being comfortable with spreadsheets is also a preference for excelling in this role from day one.
Due to the nature of the role some independent travel for site visits across the UK will be required therefore a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is a must.
If you have experience of working in facilities, logistics, construction or transport then this would be ideal but not essential.
Mark and the team are awaiting your feedback and input into new ways of working to improve our processes and procedures. As they are a small team your attitude, behaviour and commitment to delivering a quality service is very important.
