So, we would like to offer this opportunity to someone with a real desire to get that first leg on the HR career ladder and join our small team based at our head office in Fulwood, Preston.

Day to day, we will get you involved in everything employee related from new starters, absence, payroll, recruitment and leavers. You will become the first point of contact for general HR enquiries from our employees based in our hospital sites across the UK. You are someone who enjoys talking to people on the phone and managing a busy inbox, keeping people updated and getting back to them when we say we will.
It would be very useful if you have administration experience, updating records, gathering data and checking the accuracy of information. Being comfortable working with multiple IT systems, spreadsheets, databases and Microsoft Teams is also a preference for excelling in this role from day one.
If you have experience of recruitment administration or similar activities working within a regulated environment, then this would be highly valuable to our team.
