Jark Bradford Ltd Industrial Division are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for Grounds Maintenance Operatives.
We have work available in Bradford seasonal work available April 2021 to October 2021
To work: Monday to Friday 7am to 4:30pm or 7:30am - 5pm (44 hours per week)
Pay Rate: GBP9.62
Successful candidates will be required to carry out a variety of grounds maintenance work mainly: grass cutting including the use of strimmer's, walk behinds, ride-on mowers, shrub bed works, hedging, landscaping, site clearance, bulk rubbish & fly tip removal, chemical treatment & application.
You will work as part of a team with seasonal staff, trainees, local residents, community groups and voluntary organisations including contractors.
To apply for the position you will need:
•Experience of grounds maintenance manual work and a basic plant knowledge
•General knowledge of health & safety including safe site working practices
•The ability to work with others as part of a team
•The ability to follow verbal and written instructions
•To be able to work out doors in all weathers, on all ground terrain types
