Salary: £18,000 per annum

Hours: 35 hours Full Time

Contract: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Our client are a theatre and performing arts venue on Manchester’s Oxford Road. They create and produce their own shows, host tours from some of the best theatre companies in the world and develop the next generation of artists, performers and community leaders.

 

This is an exciting time for our client as they re-open our theatre in 2021 following major refurbishment.

 

Do you enjoy being organised and have an interest in the creative sector? They are looking for an Admin Assistant to join their new expanding HR team. You will be working directly with the HR Manager and will be responsible for all administration for the HR function with a high volume of recruitment and project administration.

 

You will be an experienced and strong administrator, a self-starter with good communication, strong Excel and Word skills. Working with speed, accuracy and confidentiality is very important as tasks will vary from booking meetings, training, preparing letter of agreements and staff contracts. As well as this you will be typing up meeting notes, working on recruitment campaigns, managing the vacancies inbox and communicating with staff. This an exciting role with an opportunity to build on your existing admin skills and learn about Human Resources in a friendly creative organisation on job training will be provided by the HR Manager.
