My client is seeking Customer Service Advisors to assist them during their peak season, on an ongoing temporary basis. This client offers a supportive and friendly environment, with a great opportunity to work within a welcoming team. The successful candidates must be personable, reliable and possess excellent communication skills. Previous customer service, contact centre, retail and hospitality experience is desirable.

START DATES - Tuesday 13th April & Tuesday 20th April 2021

5 days per week, 09:00 - 18:00
Shift patterns must include x1 Saturday or Sunday each week (with a week day off to compensate)

These assignments can last anywhere between 2 and 5 months. Based in Ipswich - easily accessible from A12/A14 & Ipswich town centre.
On site free parking available.

There is often overtime available, if you would like it. On-site training is provided.

Duties Involve:

Answering incoming calls in a professional and timely manner, assisting with customer orders and enquiries
Processing orders efficiently, using a bespoke in-house system
Providing delivery information and refund details, when required
Taking details of complaints and raising with a Line Manager, if necessary
Answering queries via email
Liaising with other teams on a daily basis
Working alongside Line Managers and senior members of staff
Experience Required:

Previous customer service experience required - contact centre, retail or hospitality
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Positive and proactive attitude
Organised, with good attention to detail
Reliable, self-motivated and a great team player
