This is an exciting opportunity to help develop an overarching marketing strategy for our range of industry leading technology products which provide a unique integrated solution to compliance and supply chain management. We are committed to innovation and continue to expand into new markets with ongoing strong investment and development of our product roadmaps. There are excellent prospects for the right person who will be joining the business at pivotal moment in the development of our marketing proposition.
Working closely with Divisional Directors you will be an integral part of an expanding sales & marketing team. You will need a creative and analytical mindset to help develop a strong marketing proposition for both new and existing products.
This role will suit a passionate and adaptable marketing professional who is adept at working with complex business to business operational processes. Ambitious, hard-working and commercially astute the successful candidate will be a great communicator with the ability to understand and translate technical information into business benefits.
??Develop key product propositions which create impact and competitive advantage
??Work with Directors to plan "go-to-market" strategies, ensure the optimum approach for each product
??Analyse relative commercial value of different initiatives to validate chosen route to market
??Coordinate the planning of new product launches and software releases
??Market intelligence - be the expert on buyers and our competition and communicate this internally
??Customer Advocacy - develop customer success stories to increase leads and ensure a high win rate.
Key Personal Attributes
??Skilled speaker with exceptional oral and written communication skills, capable of selling a vision and a way of working to sales teams
??Self-motivated, able to work under pressure, to think clearly and to act decisively.
??Capable of engaging with key stakeholders and reporting at board level as required
??Intuitive, adaptable and passionate
??Honest, trustworthy, and able to work with integrity.
??Proven software product marketing experience, preferably in b2b software products
??Good practical knowledge of digital marketing and SEO development.
??Experience of managing the strategy, roadmap and go-to-market development of SaaS solutions
??Degree level education
