To service these new markets and anticipating a huge surge in demand once the hospitality industry opens up again, we need to add to our talented and award-winning Customer Contact Team.

That's why you'll work a set shift pattern each week for 38.75 hours, Monday to Friday. No weekend or evening working! You'll have a dedicated buddy when you join and be offered continual training and opportunities to develop and progress your career.

So, what will you be doing?
* Resolving post sale customer queries received via various channels e.g. Phone, email, web chat, social media
* Living by our values to build and maintain our reputation for service excellence
* Using your natural personality to engage with our customers, we do not believe in scripts!
* Updating customer accounts and ensuring the systems are accurate
* Exceeding our customer's expectations by tailoring solutions through great communication and building strong rapport
What are we looking for?
* Previous customer service experience with a passion to get problems resolved.
* An excellent telephone manner with strong verbal and written communication skills.
* A hardworking and engaging approach to your work, with the ability to work at pace.
* Have developed good IT skills and able to quickly learn new systems.
* Positive and enthusiastic in your demeanour
