SENIOR OCCUPATIONAL PSYCHOLOGIST
NEWPORT, NEWCASTLE, BLACKPOOL, YORK, MANCHESTER
GBP45,000
As a Senior Occupational Psychologist, you will be responsible for scoping and designing bespoke assessment solutions, including psychometric tests, situational judgement questionnaires and other sifting tools, assessment centres and interviews and using online assessment platforms to implement and support delivery of assessment solutions. The role is mainly remote but could result in reporting to the office subject to business demands.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Senior Occupational Psychologist your key duties will include:
* Working with clients, colleagues and third parties to ensure best practice use of assessments to support client decision making
* Evaluating the effectiveness of assessment solutions by identifying appropriate statistical methods/techniques and interrogation of data
* Running development workshops, including positive action workshops, to support the professional development of resourcing delivery teams
* Providing professional occupational psychology advice and guidance to clients and senior managers to ensure adherence to best practice and the highest ethical standards
* Researching new and emerging assessment methods/processes and constantly reviewing resourcing service offerings considering these
* Supporting with the impact assessment of client requests for change and identifying opportunities for new business development
* Preparing and contributing to written proposals for clients
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
To be considered for the role of Senior Occupational Psychologist, you must have:
* Chartered membership of the British Psychology Society in the Division of Occupational Psychology
* Registered Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (or willing and eligible to apply for registration)
* Experience in the application of occupational psychology in recruitment, selection and assessment
* Knowledge of psychometrics and competence in statistical analysis
