The purpose of this role

As After Sales Coordinator you will support the After Sales team, providing a first-class service and technical support to the growing, international client-base of this hugely successful, luxury, manufacturing business.

As After Sales Coordinator you'll:

Provide technical support and advice to customers
Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers
Process orders and coordinate worldwide shipping
Maintain good knowledge of the business and their products/services
Organise spare parts for customers
Respond to enquiries in a timely manner
Work towards financial targetsAs After Sales Coordinator you'll have:

Marine manufacturing knowledge
Strong communication skills
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume working environment
