Company primarily services various types of networks including telecoms, water and power. This role will be within the Telecoms division of the business and will be working on a lucrative contract working on rolling out fibre to the home projects (FTTH).

The ideal candidate will have had exposure in a similar environment, preferabbly with relevant experience in Telecoms or Civils. You will be capable of undertaking a wide range of duties to ensure compliance from field teams within the spec of the contract. It would bis essential that you are experienced in street works (e.g. NRSWA) and first aid, it would be advantageous if you have knowledge of FTTP. You will prosper in an empowered environment that allows you to develop your skills and progress your career, with the support of a specialised team to assist your growth.

The Role:
*Supervision and Gangs and Operatives to ensure compliancy
*Equal importance to be assigned to the 3 key areas of project delivery: Health, Safety and Environmental; Quality; and Productivity.
*Assist the Project Manager in implementing and analysing KPI's
*Fulltime field based role, you're expected to visit each team under supervision at least once a day

The Person:
*NRSWA, First Aid & Clean Driving License
*Sound telecoms knowledge would be advantageous, particularly fibre optic
*Experience in dealing with 3rd party suppliers and contractors
*Ensure HSE and quality, risk assessment documents are accurate, completed and filed in appropriately
