A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operational Support administrator to use their analytical and technical administrative skills to support a busy department.

As an Operational Support your duties will be to:

Receiving and responding to enquiries and referring to the appropriate department
Dealing with enquiries from customers and contractors in friendly and courteous manner
Processing forms and inputting data onto in house systems
General office/administration including making appointments and keeping records up to date
We are keen to see your CV if you have the following requirements:

Previous experience within a clerical/administration role
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong IT and organisational skills including excel
Fluent Welsh Speaker
This is a temporary, full time role where you will be working 5 days out of 7 this may include weekends & bank holidays. The hours are Monday - Thursday 9:00-17:00 and 9:30-17:00 on Fridays. With an hourly pay rate of GBP10.21 plus holiday pay, the role will be for approximately 10 weeks.
