About The Role
The Senior Resourcing Advisor will work closely with the Resourcing Business Partner to ensure that business group resourcing needs in respect of management and Nursing recruitment are met. Directed by the Resourcing Business Partner, you will co-author and implement recruitment plans that support HC-One to attract the best talent and achieve recognition as an 'Employer of Choice' within target candidate markets. You will take personal ownership for management recruitment within your group and in addition, will manage a team of Nurse Resourcing Advisor's driving team performance to achieve KPI's.
About You
With knowledge of recruitment legislation and best practise in relation to candidate attraction, process and policy, you will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the confidence to constructively challenge and manage difficult conversations.
You will have experience of providing expert guidance and influencing stakeholders on resourcing related matters, demonstrable experience in managing the end to end recruitment cycle, the ability to interpret data to inform decision making and continuous improvement. and experience of planning and managing volume and niche recruitment campaigns.
With a proven track record of leading others to achieve results, you will have the ability to lead and manage teams, identifying training needs and coaching for improvement and to manage personal workload and direct the workload of others to achieve objectives and targets.About The Company
