This is an exciting new project role lasting 7 months, where you will have the opportunity to create and develop the future of training and development within our directorate which includes housing and customer service team.

You will work with a newly formed team to create plans, materials and documents to support that talent within the team. As we are going through a change process this is a great opportunity to start from scratch and create something new to support our colleagues to ensure we deliver the best possible outcomes for our customers through high quality training provision.

This will include working with the colleagues across the directorate to develop training modules and packages for their areas of expertise and working with operational leaders to develop learning pathways and set out mandatory training for colleagues based on role, skill requirement or service. You will also be comfortable in delivering training both face to face and remotely.

This role can be based in Nottingham or London.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have a proven experience in training design and development and working with others to create effective training solutions. You will be comfortable creating these from scratch and embedding new approaches.

You will also have strong presentation, facilitation, and delivery skills

Ideally you will have strong digital literacy, with experience of implementing digital and/or blended learning programmes

A good understanding of housing, or similar sectors would be an advantage.
