Our client runs a dynamic and leading Reformer Pilates and PT studio based in the heart of Kensal Green. They have an exciting opportunity and are looking to recruit a Studio Manager/Instructor to join their team and take ownership of the site.
You must be passionate about helping people who want to move, look and feel better.
You will be expected to push yourself, to strengthen the values, behaviours and culture that are core to the Company. Their 4 core values are:

The role itself requires you to manage the overall day to day operations of the studio, the timetable and the team. You will be responsible for the studio budget, achieving sales & retention targets as well as building relationships with other allied health professionals in the local area.
You will need a growth mindset as this company is in the process of further growth and development. The suitable candidate must be reliable, dependable with a willingness to take on responsibility.The job requires attention to detail and the ability to lead and manage a team.
As our ideal candidate you have at least 3 of the following:
A qualification in fitness instruction
A qualification in personal training
A qualification in Reformer Pilates
A minimum of 2 years experience in the industry (full time class instruction/ personal training)
