TestLink Services Ltd are looking for an experienced and professional Warehouse Manager to join our team in West Howe, Dorset. This is the ideal position for anyone currently working in a Warehouse Manager, Inventory Manager, Warehouse Supervisor, Depot Manager, Distribution Centre Manager or looking to progress in their careers.

Our experts parts repair team help to ensure that people all over the world have access to cash, whenever, and wherever they need it.

About the Role:

Working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, this role will be based at our Main Distribution warehouse in West Howe, Bournemouth, with frequent travel to our headquarters in Poole. Reporting directly to our Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our warehousing and inventory management operations, leading staff to meet business objectives each and every day.

You will be leading and developing our experienced team managing the receiving and dispatching of customer goods, working hard to ensure we provide first-class customer service at all times. In addition, you will be responsible for managing a variety of unmanned regional stocking locations, ensuring adequate and appropriate levels of stock at all times.

About You:

To be successful in this role you should have experience in managing volumes of stock, ensuring databases are maintained accurately to support this. You will have come from a customer-facing inventory management role, with excellent communication skills, and the ability to use and learn a variety of IT software.

You will have a communicative and collaborative leadership style, with experience of managing a team of 6-10 people day to day, including shift workers. You will be dependable and flexible, accommodating the needs of the business, and of your team, as required.

The Package:
