Conveyancing Paralegal

An experienced residential conveyancing paralegal is sought to join a busy and established conveyancing department at this Plymouth law firm.

Purpose of role:

• Assisting a team of experienced conveyancers with their caseload of sale and purchase files from instruction to completion;
• To deliver excellent customer service at all times;
• In both of the above respects, there is a high degree of responsibility to project the image and ethos of the firm always.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

• Previous experience of working as a conveyancing paralegal;
• Ability to provide efficient and effective support;
• Ability to work within a team but also have your own responsibilities and be able to work on your own initiative and take ownership of certain tasks;
• Ability to manage your own workload and have excellent organisation skills;
• Excellent telephone manner and first rate communication skills;
• Modern IT skills;
• Ability to welcome and embrace change with a positive attitude;
• Professional and positive work attitude.

This is a full time permanent position with the combination of home and office working being available. The firm offer a competitive salary.
