We are looking for Customer Service individuals to join our thriving National Operations Centre based in Castle Donington. This is not a sales role but you will have the opportunity to increase your earnings in addition to your basic salary.

About the role

You will be an integral part of our award winning business by providing administration support to our Residential Surveyors and our Regional Management teams. You will have the opportunity to build and maintain strong client relationships with our lender partners where you will deliver a proactive, professional and productive service.

Key responsibilities

• Arranging, supporting and managing appointment bookings for our qualified Surveyors
• Ensuring all activities are processed accurately, quickly and in line with instructions
• Working effectively towards specified client driven service levels, ensuring cases are completed within agreed Service Level Agreements
• Management of all communication and correspondence with external clients including via email and telephone
• Working closely with internal departments
• Build strong and established relationships with wider teams and colleagues

Your experience and skills

• Experience within customer service environments
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to objection handle
• Excellent persuasive skills
• Committed, reliable and flexible
• Proactive and approachable
• Organised with the ability to adopt a structured approach
• Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Enjoys rising to the challenge and stretching goals
• An excellent team player who takes pride in their work
