Guest Experience Manager - GBP25,000-GBP30,000

With acres of a newly developed lodge/caravan resort, the successful candidate will be fully involved in the growth of a 6 million pound holiday park investment project and will be passionate about injecting the brands culture into this new park wherever possible.

We are looking for a trust worthy & self motivated individual, those with a proven track record of high standards and making an impact in their previous roles. An experience manager who aspires to maintain the highest customer satisfaction, leads from the front and inspires those around them to be part of their journey.

The ideal candidate must:

* Have previous holiday park experience in this section of the business

* Delight both owners and guests in all areas of service.

* Maintain high standards across all areas.

* Manage Holiday Home sales bookings.

* Use guest satisfaction feedback to identify issues and make improvements

* Be responsible for front of house, including bookings, query handling, check-in and check-out process to standards that exceed guest expectations.

* Take ownership of all guest complaints and be able to resolve them.

* Represent the park as a senior manager.
