Job Title: Training Coordinator
Location: Chesterfield
Pay Rate: GBP12PH
Duration: 2 Months
TSA are recruiting for a Training Coordinator to start as soon as possible for well known services team that delivers projects that maintain and enhance the built environment.
Responsibilities:

Maintaining course information - eg preferred vendors and course costs
Liaising with suppliers and scheduling training dates to meet ongoing business demands
Organising internal/external resources as appropriate (eg rooms, AV, materials etc)
Proactively identifying employees who need refresher training and liaising with Training managers to authorise
Contacting line managers to allocate employees on to available events
Distributing training correspondence to line managers or other key stakeholders and escalating identified organisational changes to HR Services
Proactively liaising with wider HR to maximise course attendance figures
Building relationships with third party providers and other vendors on the training ASL
Ensuring employee training records are maintained in accordance with compliance standards (including collation/scanning of certification and updating qualifications)
Monitoring allocated budget for training events within own portfolio
Raising POs, goods receipting in line with SLA's and close out events in their entirety
Collating evaluation data and escalating service issues where appropriate
Work in conjunction with the Training Manager and Competence team to provide standard reports to your designated business area.
Support and contribute, as appropriate, to projects relating to the HR system or processes that impact on the Training Services team.
Create Learner portfolio's within the approved system
Register new learner qualifications with the appropriate awarding bodyExperience and Knowledge

Appropriate administrative & IT qualifications to enable effective operational delivery to a multi-location, field-based team.
Good practical knowledge and experience of Word, Excel and Outlook.
Ability to plan, prioritise and deliver own workload in autonomous fashion
Ability to work with field-based advisors and managers to understand real needs & priorities
Ability to work under pressure
