Key Responsibilities

  • General recruitment/HR support and administration
  • Ensuring our online recruitment system is kept up to date and correct
  • Responsible for assisting in advertising and attracting new candidates
  • Support the best practice within established processes of recruitment and finding candidates
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to identify recruitment needs
  • Processing the recruitment of great people to employment
  • Coordinate job offers, setting up interviews, giving feedback etc

Qualifications / Essential Skills


  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Previous experience dealing with customers via email and telephone
  • Accurate and timely delivery of tasks coupled with excellent organisational
  • The ability to work independently but also integrate yourself in a team
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment


  • At least 12 months recruitment experience, some IT / technology / technical experience is essential
