A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Customer Liaison to join a privately owned leasing and fleet management company. You'll be working full time on a permanent basis and will be met with a salary of GBP21,000 p.a. salary + monthly bonus and 20 days holiday plus bank holidays. Hours - Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm (30 min lunch).
Working in our busy maintenance department you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be arranging service bookings with dealerships for our lease vehicles and then supplying confirmations to our customers. Day to day duties will include:
- Answering & handling incoming driver calls.
- Calling externally to dealers and other service providers with bookings on behalf of customers.
- Ensuring that customers are informed and kept up to date.
- Working with the maintenance team to resolve issues.
What you'll need
- Professional telephone manner.
- Competent written communication and IT skills.
- Live within commuting distance of Derby.
