Job Purpose:

To support the marketing managers with the implementation of all aspects of marketing for Berkeley Oxford & Chiltern developments and group marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Websites / Portals

  • Maintain all development websites, property portals, internal information portals ensuring all images, copy, prices and sales messages are up to date
  • Co-ordinate implementation of new phase web pages and other web articles

Emails & Social Media

  • Brief in emails as directed by the marketing manager to the IT team or creative agencies
  • Proof read/comment on emails
  • Co-ordinate the approval process
  • Develop social media plan; create and send content for postings

C360 Berkeley Database

  • Enter information at development, phase and plot levels e.g create new marketing phases, allocate phase to plots etc

Advertising - online and offline

  • Liaise with media booking agency or directly book advertising
  • Proof read/comment offline and online advertising
  • Liaise with the advertising production house / creative agencies on amendments
  • Co-ordinate the approval process

PR

  • Proof read/comment on press releases and other PR material
  • Co-ordinate approval process
  • Arrange imagery for PR agency
  • Circulation of press clippings to marketing suites and compile press clippings folder

Brochures /Marketing Material

  • Liaise with technical and commercial departments regarding supply of drawings and information to agencies/suppliers for preparation of floor plans, CGIs, models etc.
  • Proof read/comment on brochure/marketing material drafts
  • Liaise with agencies regarding amends, copy deadlines, print, delivery etc.
  • Coordinate the approval process
  • Liaise with sales team on brochure stock levels and arrange for reprints

Signage

  • Proof read/comment on signage
  • Coordinate the approval process
  • Arrange for signage replacements, updates and maintenance

Marketing Suite and Show Homes

  • Assist with the installation of new marketing suites and show homes and ensure that launch deadlines are met
  • Liaise with Sales teams and suppliers to ensure high quality presentation of marketing suite, show homes, landscaping and signage at all times

General

  • Weekly visitor reports - complete weekly visitor/enquiries figures
  • Budgets - raise purchase orders, complete new supplier forms, log marketing expenditure and ensure timely approval of invoices for payment
  • Photo Library - coordinate upload of imagery to Photo Library
  • Assist with market research, obtaining competitor pricing, brochures and general market information. Update market research spreadsheets.
  • Compile file of competitor marketing activity, advertising, digital activity etc.
