We are looking for a French speaking Customer Experience Specialist to join the multilingual customer service team of a successful gaming company that is based in Newcastle. In this role you will provide first-class customer support to gamers and resolve technical issues. The role is a 1-year contract with high protentional for the contract to go permanent. The company is currently working from home, but you will be required to work from their Newcastle office once it is safe to do so.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing first-class customer support to gamers by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues via various channels
Maintaining a deep knowledge of the company's products and processes and keeping up to date with any changes to ensure the best customer experience
Taking ownership of an issue and following it through to a solution where the customer is satisfied
Supporting new projects and the wider business as and when requiredAbout you:

The ideal candidate will be passionate about gaming and will have strong technical skills and excellent French language skills. You will be proactive in helping and understanding the needs of the customer and must be solution-focused. When it is safe to do so, you will be required to work from the company's state-of-the-art office in Newcastle, so it is important that you live within a commutable distance from Newcastle or are willing to relocate. A relocation package is available for those willing to relocate from elsewhere in the UK.

Profile:

Required to be fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
Previous experience in a customer service, customer support or helpdesk role
Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot effectively in a gamer support environment
Passionate about gaming and preferably a gamer yourself
Strong communication and organisational skills
Great attention to detail, solution-focused and innovative
