Sales Consultant - Up to GBP23,000 DOE + Commission - Cardiff
Spectrum is a Welsh-based internet services company that is dedicated to delivering high-quality full fibre broadband to South Wales. We have recently secured a landmark multi-million-pound investment from one of Europe's leading infrastructure investors to grow the company and our aim is to become the area's biggest and best homegrown broadband provider.

We are looking for ambitious, energetic and customer centric sales people to help shape our team - in terms of background we're open to those from a retail or sales background as well as keen graduates who are looking to skill up and work in a fast-growing sector.

About you???
Customer experience and quality of service will be central to your interactions; ideally you'll have experience working in a similar sales focussed environment however we provide full training on our products as well as needs based selling to achieve positive customer outcome.

We are looking for team players with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as -
* A background in delivering outstanding customer interactions
* The desire to succeed and progress in an interesting role
* The ability to work productively work on your own
* A positive approach to working
* The ability to speak Welsh would be great although not essential

What you'll be doing???
This is a unique opportunity to join an innovative company and help our talented team build a leading Welsh tech business. Reporting to the Telesales Manager, this role will play a leading part in delivering subscriber numbers driven through various campaigns.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
* Delivery of all KPIs including: Lead/sales call conversion, upsell, drop out, early churn, product and package blend, cost of acquisition.
* Identify opportunities to optimise performance.
* Use CRM systems and others to track and manage sales and consumer information (taking into account GDPR implications).

You will be responsible for inbound and outbound activity: Converting calls and leads into sales, upselling and managing outbound call campaigns to consumers who have registered an interest in Spectrum services, selling to both the residential and small business/SOHO sectors.
