Assistant Client Relationship Manager

The Assistant Client Relationship Managers role is responsible for generating revenue for the company.
Responsibilities:
*Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel
*Alerting the business development team to opportunities for further sales within existing and new clients
*Achieving client targets and KPI's as set by the company
*Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients
*Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews
*Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues
*Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
*Maintain the companies values at all times when interacting with colleagues and clients
*Ensure company appointed processes are adhered to all times
*Promote and encourage use of company services at all times
*Compile accurate reports
Relevant skills and experience:
Essential
*Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.
*Strong work ethic
*Previous experience working in customer service based roles or a track record of managing client relationships.
*Excellent attention to detail
*Excellent communication skills
Preferred
*Previous experience working in a target driven environment
*Previous sales experience

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm
