Quality Compliance Training Assistant (12 Months Fixed Term Contract)

Responsibilities:
Liaise & Support Associates from all levels of the business with their daily training tasks and requirements.
Manage training data through an online system to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Conduct Corporate induction training sessions when required (online and face-to-face).
Support internal & external audits by providing training evidence when requested
Assist in developing Owen Mumford Training processes and procedures
Provide support for GMP Refresher training
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Proven experience within Administration (ideally within training or quality)
Confidence to conduct basic training sessions and inductions either virtually, or face-to-face.
Computer literate with an attention to detail
The ability to communicate with people of all levels within the business

Hours of Work: 37.5 per week (flexitime)
