Our client, an established and successful professional services business, are entering an exciting new phase of growth and have an urgent need for a sales person to join one of their high performing outbound renewals teams.
The renewals team work in a fast paced environment that prides itself on providing superior levels of service and satisfaction to their customers.
You will be operating as one of the main contacts speaking with customers making outbound calls with the focus of this role being on renewing existing customer policies. Temp - Perm opportunities also exist for good candidates.
The ability to calmly and efficiently answer customer queries in order to renew policies is essential, and the chosen individual will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to work in a time sensitive environment.
The role entails consistent phone work, and the ability to work in a thriving sales environment will be essential as this is a fast paced, busy sales environment.
You must be able to demonstrate clear confident communication skills and a desire to hit (and exceed) targets is very important.
