The ideal candidate will be confident and ambitious with a mature personality and excellent communication skills.
You must be literate and numerate with strong IT skills, a team player with good sales acumen and someone who will be committed to the role.
Experience required:
- Previous broking skills or experience is essential and experience within Buy to let, as 80% of our business is buy to let. We also handle, HMO's corporate lets, Student accommodation, bridging finance and package it together to suit the client's needs.
The role will include:
- Interfacing, dealing with clients, solicitors and lenders, case management, liaising with clients, identifying requirements and finding suitable lenders.
- Attending property auctions in London and the Midlands following an initial training period.
Our client is a property investor who is looking to secure finance on investment properties, typically buy to let or commercial properties. However, they deal with an array of clients.
Driving licence essential.
In return, you can expect a competitive basic salary + excellent commission structure once established OTE GBP75k
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday, 9am - 17.00pm
