Nursery Administrator 
Salary: £13,603 – £14,223 (actual salary) plus excellent benefits
Hours: 30 hours per week (Mon – Fri: 9am – 3pm)
Contract Type: Permanent

Owlets is a brand new, purpose-built Nursery which opened on the 28th August 2019. It offers fantastic facilities on a beautiful site within the main University of Exeter Streatham Campus. The Nursery is part of the Exeter College Group and is a partnership with the University of Exeter.

We are looking for a Nursery Administrator to join our Nursery. Your duties will include handling payments, maintaining the nursery management database, answering enquiries from parents, taking telephone calls and liaising in person with all visitors to the Nursery.  The role will directly support the work of the Nursery Manager and deal with all administration duties in the Nursery. 

The successful applicant will have prior experience of administrative work, be able to work accurately and efficiently whilst maintaining confidentiality at all times, have a good knowledge of all Microsoft packages and will have excellent customer service skills in this front facing role as the first point of contact with the public. A childcare qualification would be an advantage.
