A maintenance contractor based in Exeter is in need of an experienced Contracts Manager to join their maintenance team on a permanent basis. This is a new role and is available due to additional contract wins.
The company in which we are assisting to recruit, offer repairs and maintenance as a service to affordable housing providers as well as other public sector landlords in the local area.
The role will involve overseeing and managing multiple contracts, including the workforce and subcontracts a like. This is a client facing role, so experience of managing and running client meetings with updated MI is important. The contract, will have set KPIs and SLAs to adhere to and manage as well as budgets to manage as well, ensuring that profit is maximised where possible.
There is support from a Supervisor, Scheduling staff, Commercial staff as well as the team delivering the works on the tools.
