Care Home Manager
Leaders In Care is looking for a full-time Care Home Manager in Southport to manage and lead an elderly residential home. This management role will suit an experience care home manager and it comes with a salary of up to GBP35,000.
As Home Manager in Southport, you will be working for a family run provider who place their emphasis on quality as well as ensuring that everyone has access to Care in the community, in a small care home for elderly residents, including many with dementia. This Care Home Manager role is a central part of those plans and other appointments at senior level.
A beautifully purpose built Home with a catalogue of facilities that have been professionally designed and mastered. The Home is undergoing a decommission of nursing clients to cater exclusively for elderly residential dementia. Walking distance to sea this Home offers days out for the residents and pushes for a higher standard of care. As they go through the commissioning the Home requires improvement and requires a manager to roll their sleeves up and get fixing???. Sounds like your sort of challenge?
To apply, you will need to have home management experience, with a good demonstrable track record of CQC compliance as a registered care home manager and an NVQ in social care management or equivalent would be advantageous.
