Leaders In Care is looking for a full-time Care Home Manager in Southport to manage and lead an elderly residential home. This management role will suit an experience care home manager and it comes with a salary of up to GBP45,000.
As Home Manager in Southport, you will be working for a family run provider who place their emphasis on quality as well as ensuring that everyone has access to Care in the community, in a medium care home for elderly residents, including many with dementia. This Care Home Manager role is a central part of those plans and other appointments at senior level.
This flagship home for the provider is drop dead stunning. As you enter the Home you will be hit with the size and grandeur of the service. Much less of a Care Home and much more of a hotel the home is equipped with high end lounges beautiful views and only a stone throw away from the sea. Occupancy has been maintained through the pandemic and the aim of the Home is to ensure a high quality of life??? Sounds good?
To apply, you will need to have home management experience, with a good demonstrable track record of CQC compliance as a registered care home manager and an NVQ in social care management or equivalent would be advantageous.
