We are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to work for a great client based in Ormskirk.
You will have the ability to communicate with customers at all levels as well good administrative and organisational skills to follow information through on behalf of the client.
You must have good telephone manner and excellent ability to build a rapport with customers.
Hours of work are 8am - 8pm, 4 shifts on 4 off on a shift rotation to allow the business to adhere to social distancing working and training. Some weekend working is required on a rota.
In return you can expect a great training programme, bonuses related to your service level and the opportunity to grow with a great business, along with a great salary of GBP20,000 per annum.
